I have just one question. Did you differentiate the answers of various survey participants regarding their needs, kind of usage and other personal traits (e.g. IT skills, usage frequency, etc.). Or would (did) you ignore such information? In short: Is participant segmentation helpful and recommended from your perspective or not? If helpful, how did you do that?
